AlphaU is a social class designed for older teens and young adults (ages 16+) to meet together to share activities and grow together in confidence, social skills and self-regulation.

AlphaU is a comprehensive social class that includes group discussion, games and activities tailored to the interests of the participants.  This program develops skills and strategies for self-confidence, communication, and social awareness.

Ages: 16 - 24

Staffing: 5 : 1

Focus: Social Skills

Criteria: Participants of all abilities / Open to the public

Goals: 1 - Communicate needs & preferences

           2 - Participate in activities & socialize with peers

           3 - Maintain regulated state

Duration: 24 weeks

Rate: $80 / Monthly installment

        $480 / Full 6 month session

How to register:

  1. Complete a Family Profile using our online form.  This must be completed prior to registering for programs.  If you already have one on file, proceed to step 2.
  2. Complete an online Program Registration form here. *Our registration system allows for the addition of multiple participants on one profile and form.
  3. You will receive a an email confirmation upon completion of your registration.


  • A representative of AutismUp will contact you by phone if there are any issues with your registration.
  • To apply for a scholarship, please complete a Scholarship Request Form and send the first two pages of your most recent tax return to:  AutismUp, Attention: Program Office.
  • Installment billing is available to all families at no extra cost.  Contact to arrange.
  • Gift cards are available for purchase and redeemable towards the cost of any class, program, workshop, or special event.
