Boxing for Fitness

Youth and teens ages 10 + build fitness, coordination and improve strength in a supported environment.

Boxing is one of the most effective methods to tone muscles, improve strength, increase aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.  This program will combine bag and mitt work with cardio, agility and strength drills.  Boxing is empowering, stress-relieving and a total body workout. 

*Participants must provide own boxing gloves.  12 oz. gloves suggested for beginners.

How to register:

  1. Complete a Family Profile using our online form.  This must be completed prior to registering for programs.
  2. Complete an online Program Registration form here. *Our registration system allows for the addition of multiple participants on one profile and form.
  3. You will receive a an email confirmation upon completion of your registration.


  • A representative of AutismUp will contact you by phone if there are any issues with your registration.
  • To apply for a scholarship, please complete a Scholarship Request Form and send the first two pages of your most recent tax return to:  AutismUp, Attention: Program Office.
  • Installment billing is available to all families at no extra cost.  Contact to arrange.
