Executive Function Fun

Executive Functioning refers to a set of processes that enables people to focus, plan, process, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.  As children age, school and home life become more complex, and working on these skills is needed to be successful.  Games involve so many skills such as turn taking, processing, problem solving and emotional control (accepting losing).

In this class, games and activities will be utilized to target and build executive function skills in a fun way.  This class is best for participants who have the ability to interact with a group or partner for 20 minutes at a time.
