This instructor-led class is designed to help participants build the communication and social skills needed to navigate a variety of real-life situations with confidence. Through instructor-led discussions, role-playing activities, group exercises, and interactive games, participants will learn and practice skills such as starting and maintaining conversations, making and keeping friends, active listening, reading and understanding social cues, handling disagreements, and demonstrating respectful communication. Participants will explore common social situations that occur at school, in the community, during recreational activities, and online.
