Running Performance
Running Performance is a class designed to teach individuals (ages 8+) the basic fundamentals of running while having fun! Class will include a dynamic warm-up, cool down, strength training and mobility. Together we will practice the skills learned with fun and interactive activities. All you need is a pair of shoes to set yourself up for success!
