Staying Connected is a social skills class designed for adults (ages 30+) to meet together to learn and gain confidence through social activities and engaging in comprehensive lesson plans.

Staying connected is a social skills class designed for adults to meet together to learn and gain confidence through social activities and lessons. The program develops skills and strategies for self-confidence, communication, social participation, and independence. Participants are part of determining curriculum and participant’s interests drive the discussion.

Criteria: Participants of all abilities, open to the public

Goals: Executive Functioning Skills, meta-cognition, relationship-skills

Outcomes: Planning/Forward thinking, appropriate conversational skills, peer interactions, independent living skills

Duration: 12 weeks

Rate: $360 / Full session
