School Partnership

AutismUp offers professional development sessions designed for entire school communities. Trainings are appropriate for all staff, including teachers, teaching assistants, administrators, security staff, cafeteria staff, and support personnel.

Topics may include:

• Autism 101
• Behavior Management in the Classroom
• Sensory Environment Modifications & Recommendations
• Preparing Students for Life After High School
• Collaborative Problem-Solving for Student Success

We can also provide 1:1 consultation and problem-solving sessions with teachers, specialists, and school leadership teams.

Schools may also partner with AutismUp to provide Extended School Year (ESY) programming at our facility.

Students participate in a combination of:

• ACCES-VR Pre-Employment Transition Services
• Full Life Academy classes

This model allows students to build life skills, workplace readiness, and independence while continuing to receive structured summer programming.
