The Run for Fun class will be specifically for adults in our Full Life Academy program. In the class participants will engage in the sport of running in a supportive community. We will set personal goals, learn about conditioning and stretching, running form and strategies to improve running and meet personal goals. We will ultimately choose a community 5k to run in together.
