This hands-on class takes place in a professional kitchen. Participants learn advanced culinary techniques and explore diverse cuisines. The program is ideal for aspiring chefs or food enthusiasts.

Criteria: Participants of all abilities who can be independently safe in the kitchen, open to the public
Goals: executive functioning, safety awareness, development of cooking skills
Outcomes: Increased confidence, social awareness, chopping, measuring, cutting, following a recipe, and following multi-step directions
