Improv (formerly Accidental Social Skills)
This class uses improvisational games to help participants build confidence, communication skills, and social awareness. Through playful humor and theatre-based activities, participants practice thinking on their feet and expressing themselves creatively. The class creates a supportive space to strengthen social interactions and quick-thinking skills.
