Swimming (formerly Swim Instruction)
This class provides swim instruction for all ages and skill levels. Instructors guide participants at their own pace to build confidence and water safety. Sessions cover basic strokes, technique, and swimming readiness.
Monday and Thursday Classes will be held at Valley Manor on 1570 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14610
Valley Manor is a shallow water therapy pool that is great for beginner swimmers!
Wednesday and Saturday Classes will be held at the Jewish Community Center on 1200 Edgewood Ave, Rochester, NY 14618
