Designed for those new to dance, this class introduces participants to the fundamentals of rhythm, coordination, and basic technique across a variety of styles such as jazz, ballet, and tap. Through creative movement exercises and easy-to-follow choreography, participants will build confidence, and body awareness in a supportive and encouraging environment.
