
Betsy Brugg

Betsy Brugg is a Partner with the law firm of Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP where she practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate development and transactions. She is known for her expertise in the areas zoning and land use law, and represents property owners, developers, national companies and others in the governmental approval processes applicable to real estate development. She also practices in the areas of estate planning and special needs planning, as well as general business law. She is a frequent speaker to governmental and community groups on topics related to her practice areas. She is a founding Board member of AutismUp. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Federation of Greater Rochester, and is involved with several other community organizations. Betsy and her husband Marc have two children, one of whom has Autism Spectrum Disorder.
