interactions. By exploring the context and meaning behind social behaviors, you’ll be empowered to
make informed choices in your communication.
Using evidence-based strategies, you will learn how to pause and reflect before responding, resist
inappropriate social impulses, consider different perspectives, and manage your emotions during
conversations. The class features role-plays and perspective-taking exercises, giving you practical
opportunities to rehearse social skills, receive immediate feedback, and better understand others’
viewpoints.
If you want to learn how to make and maintain friendships, as well as handle conflict and rejection, this
class will equip you to navigate social situations effectively while staying true to yourself.
