Full Life Coaching
Participants will receive one-on-one coaching tailored to their specific needs. These classes will focus on helping individuals identify their strengths and areas for improvement, with a particular emphasis on time management, goal setting, task prioritization, organization, identifying emotions, and developing strategies for self-regulation and flexible thinking. Coaches will create and facilitate meaningful and relevant experiences for participants. Sessions are scheduled on an individual basis, either once or twice a week for 30 minutes each time.
