Healthy Lifestyles will provide participants the opportunity to be reflective about their current lifestyle choices. Instructors will work with participants to understand how health and wellness impact them as a whole person. The focus areas will be on diet and exercise, sleep and relaxation habits, media balance and planning for social and fulfilling activities.
