February 11: Preparing Students with Disabilities for Life After High School this series will assist families in understanding the transition planning process specifically from high school to life after high school.
March 11: Additionally, participants will engage in learning about self-determination and the current diploma and credential options. Self-Determination is a research-based predictor of post-school success in the areas of education, employment, and independent living.
April 8: A key component in the transition process is understanding the current diploma and credential options that are available to New York State (NYS) students.
