April 29: Executive Functioning
Executive functioning is required for every task that we do each day - from the time we get up to the time we go to bed. But, what is executive functioning and how can we support individuals who have executive functioning needs? These are the topics that will be discussed in this workshop. We will first review the definition and components of executive functioning and then provide strategies.

May 13: Social Emotional Learning
How well do we know ourselves? How can we effectively communicate with others and the world around us? These two questions relate to social emotional learning. In this workshop, participants will learn what social emotional learning is, what it consists of, and activities that help build one's skills in this area. Participants will leave the workshop with an array of activities that they can easily implement at home and in the community.
