AU Fit (In-Person)
AU Fit provides a combination of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Each class, participant’s complete unique workout routines as a group, with options to tailor workouts to every individual. Our combination of innovative equipment and traditional fitness activities are modified to encourage participation in movement activities, build confidence, and achieve fitness goals.

Criteria: Participants of all abilities, open to the public
Goals: Improve cardiovascular endurance, increase muscular strength and stamina, follow group instructions
Outcomes: Increased flexibility while maintaining regulated state, improved participation in daily tasks, complete circuit training exercises
