Beginner Fitness
Specifically designed for the fitness novice and to encourage individuals to lead a more active lifestyle, this class explores movement, exercise and fitness in a fun way. Appropriate equipment, group activities, and team games and challenges allow beginners to try new things. A slower pace and strategic breaks encourage participation and a successful experience.
Ages: 6-12; 13-17; 18+

Goals:
1. Improve cardiovascular endurance
2. Increase muscular strength and endurance
3. Demonstrate increased flexibility while maintaining regulated state
