Beginner Fitness
This class is designed for individuals looking for a very basic exposure to movement and fitness and is a great place to get the support needed to engage in physical activities. Participants will learn basic techniques, exercises, and activities, with emphasis on correct form and posture for safety. Fun activities, appropriate equipment, strategic breaks and a slower pace make this the perfect class for individuals to get the foundation skills they need for an active lifestyle.
