In accord with terms of the grant, this series is open to people who:

• Are aged 13+
• Have OPWDD Eligibility and enter their TABS number on this form
• Live in Monroe County
• Live at home with family

This is especially a great opportunity for those WITHOUT Self Direction - all sessions are free.

For those who do have Self Direction, you will need to contact your FI (Fiscal Intermediary) to be sure there is money in the FSS (Family Supports & Services) budget line Item, and have AutismUp added as an FSS provider. $75 for each session will be deducted from budgeted funds in that line item of Self Direction budget.

March 6^th - National Oreo Cookie Day, Oreos for Dinner and Sports to burn them off! (Full Meal will be provided)
March 20th - March Madness Basketball Tournament and Tacos
April 3^rd - Chill out Breakfast for Dinner and Video Games
