In accord with terms of the grant, this series is open to people who:

• Are aged 13+
• Have OPWDD Eligibility and enter their TABS number on this form
• Live in Monroe County
• Live at home with family

This is especially a great opportunity for those WITHOUT Self Direction - all sessions are free.

For those who do have Self Direction, you will need to contact your FI (Fiscal Intermediary) to be sure there is money in the FSS (Family Supports & Services) budget line Item, and have AutismUp added as an FSS provider. $75 for each session will be deducted from budgeted funds in that line item of Self Direction budget.

There will be Friday Night Social for Fall Term on the following dates:

10/10 – Celebrate National Cake Decorating Day by Decorating Your Own Cupcake
10/24 – Karaoke Night and Tacos
11/14 – Pizza Party and Video Game/Board Game Night
12/5 – Celebrate International Day of the Ninja on our Autism Friendly Ninja Warrior Course
