Mindfulness and Relaxation (Virtual)
This interactive virtual class combines yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques, and strategies to leave participants feeling calm, confident, and more aware of their bodies and minds. Participants will want to be wearing comfortable clothes, and have space to perform yoga poses and lay on the floor.
