Sports Sampler
This class will provide a fun and dynamic way for participants to explore different sports, improve their fitness levels, and discover new interests in a supportive and encouraging environment. Participants will be introduced to the rules and fundamentals of a variety of different sports including but not limited to basketball, soccer, and pickleball. This class is designed to be inclusive and accessible to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities, with modifications available as needed.
