Are you ready to roll? Join our new bowling league, where camaraderie meets competition! Open to bowlers of all skill levels, our league is the perfect place to enjoy a fun, social atmosphere while honing your skills on the lanes. Participants will be divided into teams of 4 and will receive shirts for the league. The end of the term will conclude with a celebration pizza party and awards ceremony!

Teen Adult Fitness Social Off Site
*NEW: Fun with Food
This class will focus on working with toddlers (2-4 year-olds) who have eating difficulties, using a multi-disciplinary approach with an emphasis on sensory and movement to enhance the feeding experience in a fun and safe environment. Each week there will be a theme; start with a welcome song, sensory experience, snack and then parents join at the end to work with their child. Each parent will be provided with a folder that contains feeding and sensory information that can be generalized to both the home and community.

Odyssey Inclusive™ – A New Odyssey of the Mind® Initiative! The focus in Odyssey Inclusive is to provide opportunities for participants to enhance their visual and performing arts skills, social skills, teamwork, academics, and creative problem solving abilities through a challenging and FUN learning process by encouraging thinking beyond the box! Odyssey Inclusive is part of Odyssey of the Mind, which is an international creative problem-solving competition for students. The premise is that creativity and teamwork are skills that can be taught and further developed with practice. The program culminates with the group giving a performance demonstrating their solution to a problem provided by Odyssey Inclusive and also solving a problem on the spot (called spontaneous!). Odyssey Inclusive provides an opportunity for all participants to succeed with appropriate and varied accommodations built into the program.

Skills and strategies for turn-taking, working collaboratively, and social problem solving will be targeted through team projects, missions, and goals. The virtual classroom serves as a dynamic space for collaborative learning and imaginative endeavors. To provide additional social opportunities, participants will be offered to utilize Zoom throughout Remote Minecraft classes. Zoom allows participants to talk with each other verbally instead of messaging in the actual game!

​SibShop is a class for special needs siblings ages 7-12 to engage in thought provoking conversations, play games with peers, and other fun activities. SibShops are based on the award winning program developed by Don Meyer. During these classes siblings get to meet other siblings and have fun while talking about the good and not-so-good parts of having a sibling with special needs. These classes will help siblings learn more about themselves and the relationship with their sibling. These classes can help other siblings learn how to handle situations by their peers. We talk about the good times, the challenging times, the embarrassing times and the prideful times. We have an educational component that teaches more about the implications of disabilities as well as learn to see things from their sibling’s perspective.

Welcome to "Survival Saturday" Remote Minecraft! Participants will have access AU's Minecraft world from the comfort of their own home and instantly connect with friends all over the community. Our Minecraft Survival Saturdays will take place in a new world separate from the other virtual world where participants will be ONLY in survival mode. They can work together to build and secure food or venture out and try to survive alone. Mobs can and will spawn in caves and during the night so craft a hut and a bed and try to survive till morning! There is the availability for player vs. player between participants with consent from both parties, but it is not required.
